n the last Monday in June the club hosts a meeting for members and non-members. It started in Stanton St John in 1978 and when the club moved to Cassington in 1985 it continued there.

The event  has become known as Cassington Bike Night® and has grown to an extent that it attracts visitors from all over the Midlands and the South of England. The attendance is very dependant on the weather but in 2008 an estimated 7000 bikes of all shapes and sizes turned up as well as those who visited in cars.

Bike Night has become a true village event where various village organisations raise money from bike and car parking contributions, by organising and running a raffle, serving food and drinks and by looking after helmets and leathers.

The village organisations include the Primary School, Playgroup, Friends of St Peters Church and the Sports and Social Club. On a good night the money raised makes a substantial difference to their funds.
